Membership terms
Both memberships are recurring. Your card is charged automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. To cancel, tell us in person, call 479-220-1554 or email hello@skinclinicsiloam.com. We ask for 30 days’ notice, so you will be charged for one further month after you tell us, and your benefits continue through that month. Monthly credits accumulate and do not expire while your membership is active; they are not refundable, and any unused credit is forfeited when your membership ends. Membership discounts cannot be combined with monthly specials, and a membership is for one named individual. Full terms are on our Terms of Use page.

Can I cancel anytime?

Do my credits expire?
Your monthly credits roll over and do not expire while your membership is active. They are not refundable, and any unused credit is forfeited when your membership ends, so if you are thinking of cancelling, use your balance first and talk to us if you are not sure how.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are for individual use only, but your birthday gift can be shared with a friend.
