Prices, promotions and treatment availability shown on this site may change and are confirmed at your consultation. Where a promotion has an end date, it applies until that date. Financing terms are set by the lender, not by us, and are subject to approval.

The Skin Clinic sends two kinds of text message: appointment reminders and confirmations, and, only if you separately opt in, occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies; most patients receive fewer than 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help, or call 479-220-1554. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Example message: “The Skin Clinic: reminder of your appointment Tue 12 Aug at 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Consenting to text messages is never a condition of receiving care or making a purchase. How we handle that consent is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Appointments are booked and managed through our booking system, which has its own terms including any cancellation policy.

Vault ($99/month) and Reserve ($149/month) are recurring monthly memberships. Your card is charged automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. To cancel, tell us in person, call 479-220-1554, or email hello@skinclinicsiloam.com; we ask for 30 days’ notice, so you will be charged for one further month after you tell us and your benefits continue through that month.

Monthly credits accumulate in your account and do not expire while your membership is active; unused credits are forfeited when your membership ends. Membership discounts cannot be combined with monthly specials. Memberships are for one named individual.

The text, photography, branding and design on this site belong to The Skin Clinic and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Patient photographs are published with consent and may not be reproduced in any circumstances.

We link to third parties including our booking system, our online store and our financing partners. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.
