Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, and there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. We ask for 30 days’ notice, so you will be charged for one further month after you tell us and your benefits continue through that month. Unused credits are forfeited when your membership ends.
Do membership credits expire?
No. Your credits stay in your account as long as your membership is active.
Can I combine the monthly special with membership?
Monthly specials cannot be combined with membership discounts, but members enjoy exclusive perks and pricing year-round.
How does the referral program work?
Simply share your unique referral link or mention your name when your friend books. Credits are applied after their first completed appointment.
